Rental Rates

Here are the rates for the different seasons of the year:

All rates subject to change without notice. 

Daily rates: are based on a three day minimum
Monthly rates: are negotiable
Annual or Yearly rates: are negotiable. 

Payments

Payments for condo rental are to be made via money wire transfer using Internet banking email money transfer and credit cards using our payments page.

Money Wire Transfer Options:

$500 minimum down payment deposit  (or full amount) of the condo rental fee plus the security deposit is due at time of reservation. The balance of your rental fee is due two weeks prior to you departure, using one of the methods stated above.  Once full payment has been received a receipt will be issued and arrangements with our property manager will be confirmed via email or telephone.

Check In Location and Times

Check-In Office Location:

We will make sure that our property manager will be waiting for you at the condo. We will be sure to send you a complete package via email how to get from the airport to the  main gate and then from the main gate to the condo.

No matter what time you arrive we will be waiting for you at the condo.

Check-Out Time:

Check-out time is 12:00pm.  If your flight leaves at a later time than this we can make arrangements to have your bags secured until you decide to depart.  Then when you want to depart you can come to the office and we will call you a cab to take you back to the airport.

Cancelation Policy:

We have a non-refundable security deposit cancelation policy and it states that when you have:

1. Submitted the request for reservation form when you login
2. Made the money wire transfer payment and security deposit
3. Received a payment confirmation notice by email
4. Confirmed the dates for your rental period
5. Then decide to cancel

As a result your rental deposit will non-refundable.

The $350 damage deposit will be returned to you if you decide to cancel.
