Condo Location

Living Room | Home Entertainment

A large living room approximately 12 feet by 12 feet (3.6m x 3.6m) with wall size sliding screen that exits onto the back terrace and backyard area.  It's truly and living space large enough for everyone.  The living room is equipped with regular overhead lighting, ceiling fan and air conditioning.  The sofa is about 7 feet long (2m) and there is also a regular love seat and large arm chair.

The home entertainment center includes a TV, satellite service, stereo and a large collection of movies as well as some board games like clue and monopoly, a game cube video console and some video game and a controller.

If you like books we are building a small library of books for our guests to read.

Bedrooms

There are two large bedrooms (master bedroom and guest room) inside the condo.  Each bedroom size are identical in square footage size with plenty of room.  Large bedrooms and 14 foot high ceilings is one of the reasons why this condo was chosen in the first place.

	Guest bedroom has two large double beds and ceiling fan.		This bedroom also has separate air conditioning control independent from other rooms for excellent temperature control.

Bathrooms

There are two bathroom or restrooms inside the condo.  One bathroom for each bedroom.

Both bathrooms are decorated with a spanish style artistic metal mirror as well as a retractable mirror mounted on the wall for added convenience for guests.

The second bathroom or the guest room bathroom is very similar except the glass shower is slightly smaller than the master bathroom shower which is big enough for two.

	The sink area in both bathroom are identical with the same large mirror and sink with cabinet under the sink. The toilets are in a separate area wth a full size door for privacy from the bathroom sink.		A really nice feature of the condo is glass showers in both en suite bathrooms. Most of the units in the entire building do not have the upgrade of glass showers.
Guest bathroom		Closets
	This is the guest en suite bathroom before the owner moved into the condo.  As you can see the toilet and shower is separate from sink and mirror.  There is a mirror similar to the one in the picture above.		This closet is located next to the bathroom sink area with towels and bed sheets.

 

Linen | Towels | Blankets | Table Covers

There sets of bed linen for both king size beds and double bed sizes for the beds as well as blankets and pillows.  There are two types of towels regular bath towels and beach towels for use outside the condo. Hand towels and face cloth towels are also provided.

Dining Room

The dining room has a place setting for up to eight people with matching dishes as shown in the picture below.

	The dining room table approximately 4ft x 4ft square table with eight chairs.  Wood is of the highest quality and matches the wood of the entire condo.		There are eight of each dish type such as plates, bread plate, coffee cups and soup or salad bowls.

Kitchen

The kitchen is very large and has a bar with stools.  All the appliances are stainless steel high end brand names.  The countertop is made of venetian gold granite counter top surface that spans the entire kitchen wall.  The kitchen cabinets are a uniform brilliant white colour and has lots of cabinet space and equipped with a full size pantry.

Laundry Room

Enjoy your own private in-the-condo laundry room and storage area.  The laundry room is part of your rental and is not coin operated.  This is a standard stacked washer dryer.  The laundry room also has a sink basin and wet-dryu vaccuum as well as mops, brooms and dust pan.  You can use the vaccuum to pump up the rubber air mattresses for the pool or lagoon.

Air Conditioning

The condo has central air conditioning that can be also regulated by each room in the condo.  If you wnat to rent by the month we ask guests to pay for the  electric bill since airconditioning in Mexico is 220v DC.  This means the rate at which electricity flows is much higher than it should be.  Its like powering your air conditioner the same way you power your oven at home.

We have learned that many condos in Puerto Aventuras fail.  Our A/C is heavy duty and works just fine and never had a problem.

Ceiling fans keep the condo nice and cool anyway.

High Speed Internet

The Internet access is a DSL Telemex high speed broadband land line wired service with a modem and wireless router.  We give our guests the option for both wired and wireless access.  We supply a 20ft ethernet CAT5 cable for higher or faster speed up to 100mps.  The wireless range is adequate and you can surf the web from the backyard terrace if you so wish.

	Outdoor furniture on the terrace is next to the sliding door from the living room area.		Relax in your own private large backyard area where you can sunbath in at your leisure if you want to take a brake from the beach or be close to the pool area.

Parking

You have your own private parking right outside your door.  No long walk to some other parking lot.

Swimming Pool | Jacuzzi

The swimming pool area is in a beautiful spot next to the condo (but not too close).  Night swimming is allowed or permitted.

The rules are similar to regular pool rules such as: No glass bottles, no diving and no running around the pool.

	The swimming pool is about 4 feet deep and has some underwater seats and the pool over looks the entire lagoon.		The swimming pool has a very gentle beach like entrance to the pool that allows for easy access for children or those who cannot use stairs.

	This picture was taken from the stairs leading to a small beach area where there are kayaks are located.		The swimming pool and jacuzzi both have night lighting under the water for those who enjoy swimming at night and watching the stars while laying back in the jacuzzi
	A nice swim in the evening over looking the lagoon is breath take and truly relaxing.

Kantenah Lagoon

The lagoon is a quiet, peaceful and relaxing area located in the north end corner of Puerto Aventuras next and it is connected to the ocean creating a unique environment for vacationers. The homes surrounding the lagoon are mostly condominium and next to this condo is a large $10 million dollar home.  The neighbors are very nice and friendly as well.

Activities

Kayaking | Snorkeling
	The lagoon contains a variety of tropical marine life of all sorts as well as beautiful singing birds. Many condo owners have kayaks and can be seen paddling around in the lagoon. Also many people use the lagoon for swimming and snorkeling as well. It is a very nice and quiet part of the community an the best part it is right on the ocean and beach.

No Smoking - This is a non-smoking condo. There is at no time any smoking inside the condominium.

No Pets - There are no pets allowed inside the condo.
